New Life Celebration

Reverend Kimberly D. Short is the Senior Pastor of New Life Celebration Church of God. The summer of 2021 marked her 25th year as a credentialed minister in the Church of God. She is a charter member having served as Executive Pastor, Youth Pastor, Director of Discipleship Ministry, Director of Lay Ministry, and as Church Treasurer. She is grateful for the privilege and honor of the role as Senior Pastor in the vineyard in which she has served for 30 years.

Reverend Kimberly Short’s ministry in the church is complimented by her ministry in the classroom. She taught as an adjunct instructor for Trinity International University for over 20 years. Additionally, on the corporate front, she is a Vice-President and Technical Implementations Manager at JPMorgan Chase.

Reverend Talvin M. Short is the Executive Pastor of New Life Celebration Church of God responsible for Media, On-line Ministries, and Men’s Ministry. Reverend Talvin Short has been in ministry for over 40 years. He served other ministries as an associate minister and deacon for decades, he was heavily involved with missions work and was a church planter. He has worked in media ministries for over 20 years. His passion is to enable the gospel message to be global and owns Short Global Media Productions where he trains ministries and ministers to broadcast on media platforms.

Pastors Talvin and Kimberly Short have been married for 7 years. They are very excited about what God has in store for the ministry!
